This is a great marathon! Put it on your list! The race is very well organized. The course is fast and scenic with some rolling hills and views of Lake Superior. The people of Duluth embrace the running events. Runners will feel the local support before, throughout, and after the races. The best part is the fabulous post-race party with a free beer and plenty of live entertainment into the night. There isn\'t much swag: the shirt is a traditional, old-fashioned T-shirt; the medal is typical, and there isn\'t much besides paper in your goody bag. The organizers more than make up for the swag with a great expo (including world class speakers), a generous spread at the finish line, and the fun post-race party.
